And that such Poll shall be takes on the 22nd day of July, 1880, between the hours of nine a.m. and six , p.m., at the Borough Council Office, Great North Koad. under the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, and the several amendments thereof, and of the Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876.
