A PREPOSTEROUS CLAIM
|BT telegraph— PRESS ASSOCIATION.J Wellington, Monday. The Dunedin Corporation have wired to the Government, asking them to pay the claims in connection with the accidents and damages from the recent blasting operations, amounting to nearly £10,000, and Councillor Robin, of Dancdin, has arrived and had an interview with Ministers. The Government have declined in any way to become responsible.
