CONTEMPLATED FRENCH ANNEXATION OF THE ISLANDS. [RIOTER'S TELEGRAMS.] Sydney, June 6. Intelligence received to-day from Noumea to the effect that two French men-of-\Var had left New Caledonia with orders to annex the New Hebrides. Great excitement in consequence is stated to prevail among the British residents of New Caledonia. ,
