BANKRUPTCY.
Mektinos of Creditors,
W. L. Maicolmson. — At an adjourned meeting of creditors in this estate, alter the debtor's solicitor had explained the reason for the withdrawal of the offer of 20s in the £ as set forth in Mr. M&lcolmson's letter to the Official Assignee, it was resolved, " That the creditors recommend that an immediate discharge be granted to Mr. Maicolmson, he undertaking to assist in the realisation of the estate for a period of three months, at a remuneration of five per cent, oil the moneys collected for rents and book debts, unless Mrs. Malcolmson'a health demands her removal
from Auckland ; and that Mr. F. Jagger and Mr. Knott be appointed supervisors of the estate, under section 66 of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883, at a remuneration provided by the 2nd schedule, and that the creditors be bound by the action of the supervisors.'^ J. Bleciiynden.—A meeting of creditors in this estate was also held at the Official Assignee's office, and it was resolved, "That the meeting desires the Official Assignee to manage and collect the assets in this estate ai speedily as possible, and to retain the services of Mr. Carpenter and Mr. Russell to puiati him, the meeting agreeing to confirm whaf they do in the matter."
