RUSSELL. April 30.—The whaling ship Horatio, Captain Morse, from a seven months' cruise, arrived today, with 870 barrols. ARRIVAL OF THE KAIKOURA. The Kaikoura's passage from Plymouth, including detention, occupied 39 days 18b. 46min, her actual steaming time being 39 days lh 12min. She has 179 passengers, whose health has been good. One birth occurred on the passage, but no doaths. The officers of the vessel are unchanged. The Kaikoura was hove-to for twelve hours on March 11, otherwise tho passage was devoid of incidont.
