FATAL ACCIDENT AT TE AROHA.

IBY TELEGRAPH.— press association.] Ta Aroha, Saturday. A fatal accident happened to-day to Taos. Robinson (whoae father resides at Howick), one of the workmen at Ferguson's battery. While engaged with two others hauling a heavy piece of machinery up a steep incline the tackle gave way, and the falling mass struck the deceased, killing him almost instantaneously. An inquest will be held on Monday. The manager and the other workman had a very narrow escape.
