J- Wardell, Secretary of the Melbourne Cricket Club, re an English cricketing team visiting Australia :— It is under the consideration ot '„he Committee of the M.C.C. to invite a team of English cricketers to visit the colonies during the season 1886-87 (to arrive in Adelaide about the end of October this year).
