THE BULGARIAN DIFFICULTY.
[rEUTER'S TELEGRAM.I London, December 16. Prince Alexander of Bulgaria declares it needless to appoint a commission for the settlement of the Bulgarian difficulty, as he is quite ready to comply with the demands of the Turkish Commissioner, provided that the latter country insist on the evacuation ot Widdiu by Servia.
