A boy named Carter, whose parents reside in East-street, Newton, was taken to Dr. Purchas's residence, yesterday, for treatment. He had been playing with another boy, when, in some way or other he got a gash in the forehead, which went down to the bone. Dr. Purchas attended to the injuries, and the lad was sent to his home.
