[by telegraph.—own correspondent.] Wellington, Thursday. Re the Maunsptautari block, the Gazette juat out announces that as to the part awarded to Ngatikaua, a re-hearing on one point only is ordered ; as to the rest of the block the title was ascertained on May 7th, and dealing will have to be prohibited under the Act of 1883 oa June 16th. ' ' ■
