Tenders will be received up to noon on FRIDAY, the 20th d*y of March next, for the purchase of the Freehold and Leasehold Prope ties, Goodwill, Plant, Machinery, Leather, and Stock-in-Trade of the abovenamed company, particulars of which are as follows :— Lot 1. Firstly— BEBHAMPORE TANNERY, comprises Sections 101 <, and parts of Sections 1011. 1014. and 1015, on plan of th- City of Wellington, containing 3 aces (more or less), is distant two and a-half miles from the Queen's Wharf, and within half-mile from the tramway terminus. Also, the stock-in-trade of boots, shoes, grindery, leather, and other good> and the shop fittings and furniture situate on the aforesaid premises.
