Sharemarket.— Cambria, 10s, buyers 10s, sellers 10a 6d ; Queen of Beauty, 2s ; Caledonian, sellers 6s; Imperial, sellers 9s 6d ; Moanataiari Extended, sellers Is 9d. Cambria.—34l loads general dirt and 400 lbs. specimens yielded lOOOozs. melted gold. The general dirt gave 6270za. and the specimens 3*.Bozs. retorted gold. A. second stope has been started in the intermediate level. Imperial.— 184 loads of general dirt and loOlbs. specimens and picked stone yielded 3200z5. gold. Darwin.— winze looks well, and colours of gold are seen. The Smile of Fortune claim, subject to tribute rights, and the battery of 15 head stamps, were bought by Mr. John Abbott, of Auckland, for £500. He owns some of the adjoining mines. . Waiorongomai, Tuesday evening. The New Find have retorted for the week ending February 28, 51ozs. lOdwt. from forty-rive trucks crushed. The battery is now employed—ten head for the New Find and ten for the Premier, the balance of the stamped being hung up for want of water, but as there is a show for rain to-morrow we may see all in full's wing again. ■ New Prince Imperial. The following telegram was received yesterday : - "Banked 3210z5. retorted gold."
