It mast be very gratifying to tradesmen and those who make their customers' interests their own, when evidence Is forthcoming that their efforts are successful, and when the erldence is spontanesns it is more'gratifying still. Mr. James Wiseman, tho well known saddler, has several "times recently been the recipient of testimony of this kind, gentlemen calling upon' him to say that by using the waterproof horse rugs supplied by Mr. Wiseman, the horses which they had turnad out at night were so much cleaner that Tory little grooming was required, and that the rags had the effect'of making the horses thus turned ont mors healthy and sure-footed, as well as siring them a finer coat.
