THE STRANDING OF THE ORETI.
Gbetmouth, Friday.—The inquiry into the stranding of the Oreti was returned to-day, and additional evidence taken, but without joliciHng any feature worthy of special mention. The decision of the Collector of Customs was that the stranding was purely the result of accident, and that neither the officers nor crew were to blame. He accordingly returned all the certificates. - Tha Oreti is insured in the South Britiab, and the cargo of coal for £90, but the office is uncertain. The Oreti has shifted her position slightly. Nothing has been dono towards floating her.yet.
