FIRE AT ARCHHILL.
A little before three o'clock this morning some of the fire-bells rang out an alarm of fire. The Fire Brigade mustered at the station under Superintendent Hughes, but as it was seen to be at Archhill, and therefore outside the city limits, they, did not go out. On ringiog up the Lunatic Asylum telephone the officer on duty there informed us that the fire appeared to be at the foot of Archhill, a little above the Chinamen's cottages, bat he was unable to state whose premises •were burned down.
