SUepers to be either sawn or hewn, true in shape, to be all heartwood, free from large knots, shakes, and other defects; to be approved and ossed by the Government Inspecio at the jrort of delivery. Any sleepers which may be condemned must be removed within fourteen dnys ifter notice from the Inspector, falling which they will be forfeited and become the propertv of the Ctowd.
