Greenwood's sale to-day of properties, land and houses, there was a good attendance, 'when .the following properties were offered for sale and the prices as follows, obtained:—4© acres land, parish of Karangahape, with frontage to. the Nihotupu river, £32; lease of 3£ aorei, Epsom, for 12$ years at £14 per annum, bought in at £50 ; 7-roomed house, Mount Eden road, allotment 40 x 100,; £505; 7-roomed house in ijime locality' as above, bought in at £425; 120 acres land, Hunua, held over for 20s -' an; acre ; lot 3G, Sunnyiide, withdrawn from sale; lot 52, Sunnyside, lionghtiii at 27s 6d per foot, being the highest bid* . . ■'...:.,':' ■ --■■-. . • Meesrs. - E. and A; Isaacs held a sale by auction to-d»y, of house and land in Symonde-street (the property of Mr. Snell), the attendance was Tory good. £660 was the best offer, and was at that figure withdrawn. ' ■ Mr. , Gabriel I^wis offered for sale the Park House'and ground at his rooms to-day. There vrig a Very large attendance.
