The Melbourne manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited) reports of the local grain market aa follows :—Wheat, 4s Id to 4s 2d, with hardening tendency; malting barley, firm, at 4s 3d to 4s 9d ; New Zealand oats, in good demand, at 2b 8d to 2a lid for feeding, and 3s to 3s 2d for milling sorte ; New Zealand oats under bond, steady, at 2s 6d to 2s 9d. THE TARAWERA. Melbourne, April 29. Sailed, this afternoon: The Union steamer Tarawera, for the Bluff.
