A meeting of shareholders of the No# thern Omnibus Company was held at Morn* ingside on Friday evening, April 18, Mf> Mitchell presiding. The company has b&ji losing money for some time past. Tha directors expressed dissatisfaction with. manager the manager blamed the directors The directors resigned, and a new Board Wflß appointed, consisting of Messrs. Oraigv Hesketh, Quick, Barber, Mitchell, Peck, and Stewart. The unsuccessful candidates werii Messrs. Walters, Lennox, Gittos, Dakifi, Fanlder, and Bollard.
