THE WHAUWHAU GOAL MINE.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Whauoarei, Saturday. A party of shareholders of thy Whauwhau Coal Company, and other gentlemen from Auckland, visited.the mine to-day, accompanied, .by .Mr. Walter Secretary, and Mr. Love, mine manager, and inspected, the mine and .workings.dome three hours were occupied in so doing. The party expressed themselves much pleased with what thoy saw and with the prospects of the mine.
