' [By TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION,] Wellington,- Saturday. It is rumoured that the insurance companies are likely to deoline insuring frozen uieat sent by sailing vessels, except at rates which will be prohibitory. The length of time over which the risk on Bailing veisels' cargoes extends is so much greater than when the meat is , forwarded by steamer, that the companies do not care to undertake it.
