TO THE EDITOR. , Sir,—Localwheat is now being delivered by our farmers mostly all sound, but a portion of it is soft and damp from not being; properly thatohed and: covered; This will not keep for-any length .of time, but will : have to be used right away to prevent i t from becoming weevily. and bad.
