: .BANKRUPTCY.— Meeting of Creditors. : Re Hopkins Clabee.—A second meeting of oreditors was held yesterday in this estate. The debtor is a settler in the Hokianga district, and a licensed interpreter. It was shown at the first meeting that the debtor's estate, would pay 30s to the ponnd. The : liabilities were set down between £700 and ' £800, bnt the debtor possessed land whioh ; was said to be value for £1500. It was proposed at the first meeting that the debtor would ask the assistance of friends to assist him.' .The oreditors agreed to accept 17s 6d in the" pound, payable in six, nine, and ; twelve months.
