TERRIBLE SCENE AT A MURDER.
A r.viuiKß named John Moylan was shot dead at tcu o'clock on Wednesday night Dec. I.9th at Anuydown, four mileii from Gal way. The murder occured within 300 yards of a polioe hut, in which were stationed five meu. A Galwaycorrespondant state* that a terrible scene took place at Moylan's murder. The assaesian confronted him and fired a bullet which entered his cheat, Moylan fell, and the murderer presented the gun a second time ; but Moylan's wife threw herself on her husband's body. The culprit laid down his gun and dragged her across tho road, threatening to kill her if she gave the alarm. Ho then picked up the weapon again and fired at the prostrate man and killed him.
