Hay appeared for plaintiff, Mr. O'Neill for defendant, judgment has been given in Auckland in favour of the plaintiff for £25, the costs to be settled at the next sitting of the District Court at Hamilton. The meeting of crrditors in Mr. Cnmming'a estate was yesterday adjourned till Thursday next, to enable the trustee to bring up a fuller report. The agent of Meisrs. Bryce, Oliver, and Kolleston passed through for Auckland this morning, 'i'he Chairman of the Waikato County Council happening to be at the junction station, and a car getting off the line and delaying tbe departure of the train, got an interview with Mr. Kolleston re the cutting of an outfall to the drain on the Tawhere land, to be offered for sale on the 29th inst., and the Victoria-road. Mr. Itolleeton explained that he could not entertain the proposal after tbe official reports he had received on the matter.
