Nelson apples sold at 4s 3d to 6s 3d per case ; plums, *Jd to 5Jd per lb. ; pears, 3d; Auckland ■ apples, ljd to 3id ; plums, 5Jd to 6d ; peaches lid to 6d per dozen; pear>, 1 j<l to 3Jd; darmons, 3Jd ; quinces, ljd to 2Jd ; honey, 4}d ; oraugos, 13s por case. Thursday: Sale of freehold properties in the city and suburbs, by order ot the Trustees ia the estates of the late Kev. John Warren and Mr. W. Morley. The house is nicely finished, and contains 8 rooms, fi'.ted with gas, water, etc. These propertus wero all sold for cash within one month from date of sale, except the ono at Mount Roskill.
