The drawing will take place In the Theatre, under the supervision of a committee chosen by the subscribers present, and will be open to the Preas and pablio. 4th. All the blanks will be pnt in 'with the prize tickets, so that every one's ticket will be called out—prize or blank. Ghosts.—An attempt is being made in the eld country to revive the belief in visitants from soother world, and many are the wonderful stories that fill some of the journals. The sceptical mind Is, fcovrtror, inclined to adopt Scrooge's remark to Hadey'B ghost, " How do I know th&t you are not a bit of undigested breadt" for, of all the ghost producers, a bit of "heavy" bread is the most potent. It u & wonder, therefore, that people do not adopt t&e rarest spell against ghosts, by using Berwick's Cold Medal Baking Powder in making tread; for slthoHgh it won't "railsghosts," ituilriise bread in the most admirable fashion. Every irise storekeeper has it by him, and every good housowife bays it* '. - .■-.■
