[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT."] Cambridge, Tuesday. The Native Lands Court sat to day, the Chief Judge presiding. In Tatua East, he pronounced this following judgment:—" The precine state oi: the procedure in relation to this block is at: the least donbtful, but now that the condition precedent has been performed, I think substantial justice will be done, and muoh trouble and expense saved, by giving effeci to the previous conclusions of the Court by the issue of a certificate of title in favour of the persons found entitled to Tutua East; en the re-hearing in 1869, which will accordingly be done." The following are the names in the certificate of title lhakar.3, Eahuao, Hipirini Te Whetu, Ihaia te Hina, Hemana te Ao, Poihipl Tnkaiirangi, I:rihei Rangimatini, Fanapa te Nihotahi, Hinua Takurna, Anete Hi Kuke, Aperahama te Kume. ;.We understand that the title to Tatua East has been made inalienable by sale. In respect to Tatua West, Hia Houor gave the following judgment:—"At its sitting in Jme last the Court ordered a certificate of title to it sue in accordance with a previous decision, but intimated that actual issue would be dslayed for a limited time so as to afford opportunity for recourse to any restraining measui ss. That time has long since elapsed without any such action beinjj taken, imd accordingly certificate will issufs." The names in the certificate are :— Hitiri Paerata, Te Miri, Papanui, Wi Pomare, Tata.na, Turubira, Hakopa, Hira Matini, Ihakara, Te Aranui. Each of the blooka contains about 40,000 acres, the'and running back to Taupo Lake. The Court was then adjourned to the 19th of December, with the intimation that if parties were then agreed judgment would be given in the Te Whetu case. The Court will sit at Kihikihi probably in February.
