There was a good attendance, and after brisk competition the following prices were realised:—Lot 1, £50, Messrs. Pierce and Lauergan; 2, £67. same : 3. £76, Messrs. Clarke and Gane; 4, £65—5, £55, Mr. J. 0. Firth; 6 and 7. £52 10s each, Messrs. Stone Bros.; 8, £55—9, £48, Captain D. EC. McKenzie ; 10, £49, Jlr. John Lamb. Messrs. Cochrane and Son sold to-day, at their rooms, the freehold property near Cambridge consisting of 346 acres of land, dwellinghouse, and out-buildings, for the sum of £1038.
