THE KUKOW RACES. IBV TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Oajiaru, Sunday. At the Kurow races, held on Thursday, Magician won the principal event. Canary and Eugenie ateo etarted. Previous to the settling up the owner of Canary lodged a protest against the stakes being paid over to Magician, on the grounds that there was a confederacy'between the owner of the latter horse and the owner of Eugenie. The stewards will decide the matter at a lull meeting. ' >
