[BY TELEGRAM. —Pi'.KSS ASSOCIATION.J "{ Donedik, Friday. ■ A case came before the Resident Magistrate to-day in which Wright, proprietor..of the Australian and American Directory, sued a customer for £2 2s, price of tlie work. , The defence was that the information in the work had been collected in 1879, and thus rendering the directory comparatively valueless, and that a false label, bearing the date 188384, had been pasted over the figures P ISB2 originally printed On the cover. Tho Resident Magistrate said the thing was a gross deceit, and gave judgment for defendant.- ~.\
