The tenders, accompanied by the statutory declaration and deposit of six months' rent, at the rate tendered, in accordance wjih the regulations-, must be lodged with the Reserves Trustee, at the Courthouse, Hawera. not later thin 4 o'clock p.m.. on Thursday, tho 4th day of October, to be opened by the ReEerves Trustee, at Hawera, on Friday, the sth day of October, at 11 a.m., when the highest tenderer for each lease (if the tenders shall equal or exceed the upset annual rental per acre) will be declared the lessee.
