MR. MILNER STEPHEN'S GIFTS OF HEALING.

TO TIIE EDITOR. Sik, —While reading your article on the "Gift of Healing by Mr. Miluer Stephen," it occurred to me that you could possibly do inutii to induce Mr. Stephen to try his powers on some of the sufferers in the hospital. One young girl, who is quite crippled with rheumatism, would, I feel sure, be only too thankful; but she is poor, and no relatives here to assist her with money, but if Mr. Stephen is all you pourtray, that will not stand in the way of his doing good. If there is truth in what you write of Mr. Stephen, do by the power of your pen try and induce him to relieve the sufferings of at least some who are in our hospital.—l am, Ac., Sympathy. December 7, 1882.
