SALE OF PASTORAL LEASES OF crows lasts. PRELIMINARY NOTICE. General Crown Lands Office, Wellington, 20th September, 1352. One Million seven hundred and fifty thousand acros of Crowe Lauds will shortly be open for pastoral lease in the Provincial District of Otago, New Zealand. This country is at present held under lease in forty-six until tho Ist of March, lb?4. and will aga n be offered in run 1 ? suitable t'-> ihft nature of the country ; but no lessee will be allowed to take up moro than will carry twenty thousand sheep or fo*r thousand head of cattle. The leases will be for a term of years to be hereafter . determined; but in no case will any lease be for a period exceeding twenty-one years.
