ACCIDENT AT MANGERE.

♦ Jou>" McCoNNELL, ferm labourer at Mangere, was received into the hospital on Friday night last, suffering from fracture of the collar-bone, besides bruises on the shoulder and arm. MeConnell, at the time of tho accident, was seated on a load of hay, when he was accidentally thrown off, and he fell heavily on the hard ground. He was considerably shaken, but no other injuries were found to have been received but those mentioned above. When visited yesterday he was found to be progressing favourably.
