CURIOUS SMUGGLING STORY.

There is quite an old-fashioned flavour abou the smuggling story ■which comc3 from St Helier's, and reminds one of the merry day: of which Captain Marryatt writes in sucl dashing style. The officers of H.M.S Dasher received information that recentl; an attempt would be made to run a cargo o brandy ashore.
