SMALL-POX SPREADING. Mklisourne, January 11. Another case of .small-pox has occurred among the Garonne's passengers at the quarantine station. The suflforcr is a passenger named Pren, a Dane. Two more cases of sickness are regarded as .suspicious, and have been isolated. All the patients are...-pro-gressing favourably.
