We would call the attention of investors in mining property, speculators, and others to tho announcement of a sale of valua- Iβ mining propriety, which lakes place to-morrow (Friday). The property is the licensed holding lately held by the J-riuce Imperial Gold-mining Company. The holding comprises an area of twenty-two men's Kround. and is situated in one of the most promising localities on the Thames goldfleld. It lies within the fircous gnidSoaring channel of country stretching frnm the tihetover claim to the Queen of Beauty mine, a belt of country which has probably produced more gold than the whole of the other portions of the field put together. It also adjolns,and the class of country within its boundaries is similar to the Waiotahi mine, now one of the most regular gold producing, and, perhaps, the belt paying mine In the Thames district. Although held by the Prince Imperial Company for a number of years, the ground is, comparatively apoaking, but little worked. An extraordinary meeting of the shareholder! in the Auckland Steamship Company (Limited) la advertised to be held oa the 12th of December, in the office of Captalu W. C. Daldy, to eenflrm the mlnatee of the Ust genual meeting.
