A meeting of the shareholders in the Golden Isle Licensed Holding, Waitekauri, is advertised to bo held in Mr. Henry Byron's office, Fortatreet, on the 6th of December, for the purpose of forming a company, &c. Donald Mclnness, of Auckland, carpenter, has filed a statement of insolvency, and the first meeting of his creditors is advertised to be held on the 10th Instant at noon. Messrs. Harjes and Co. (late Kummer and Co.) draw attention through our advertisement columns to the largo stock of excellent spirits, ales, and wines now in their possession. They Intend to keep none but the beat brands.
