McMaster announces the arrival of his first shipment of spring and summer goods by the Frith of Tay, from London, containing novelties in millinery, fichue.% capes, sunshades, dresses, hosiery, and gloves. These goods have been carefully bought in the best .English and Scotch bouses, and will be sold very cheap. T. M., having saved the duty on prints, calicoes, &c., will give bis customers the fall benefit—prices • astonishingly low. We advise our readers to call and 6eo this stock before making their purchases, as the goods will be sold at small profits, to make room for another large shipment to be opened shortly
