Warrnambool, Victoria, in IS7I. Ho is a dark brown horse, of great substance, and good shape, has an excellent temper, and good constitution, and is naturally sound, standing 16 hands lin. high, and a sure foal getter. Presto is well adapted as a sire of flat-racers, or cross-country horses, having great power and undeniable breeding, and as all Panic's stock are noted as good jumpers, Presto himself is closely related to many of the best horses in Australia. It is well-known that Presto's sire—Panic—is the sire of a greater number of winners than any other horse in the Colonies, which the " Australasian" of 1875 and 1876, containing the records of winning sires will clearly show.
