The Postmaster-General and Commissioner of Telegraphs invites tenders until noon on tho 7tli September, at tho General Post-offlce, Wellington, for tho supply of ton million telegraph forms.

Arthur Gillard, of Papatoetoe, farmer, has filed a statement of insolvency, and the first meeting of his creditors is fixed for tho 9th instant at noon.
