GRIFFITH.— Pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Justice Chancery Division made in a eauso wherein Susan Kate Bonn and others are Plaintiffs, and James Griffiths and others are Defendants, an inquiry is directed who are now entitled to the RESIDUARY ESTATE of GIDEON GORBEQUER, the Testator in the said Cause. Edward Philipps Marthus Griffith, who left Ireland in tho year 18S1 for Melbourne, and who wroto home ic September, 1802, stating that he thought of going to the Now Zealand Gold-diggings, and was supposed to bo in Melbourne in the year 1805, from whence he went to a place called Murray about 250 miles from Melbourne, is entitled to a share of such Residuary Estate. If the said EDWARD PHILIPPS MARTHUS GRIFFITH is still living or if not his legal personal representatives is or are to claim their right at the Chambers of the Vice-Chancellor Sir James Bacon, 11 New Square, Lincolns Inn, London, England, on or before Tuesday, the Ist day of November, 11881.
