This Company Iβ formed for the purpose of Manufacturing (in tho Cur of Accsxand) New Zealand Hemp, Manilla Hemp, Flax, and other Vegetable Fibres, into Rope, Twine, Mattino, Sacks, and other articles in which they can ba employed, giving special attention to the manufacture of Twine suitable for the Reaper and Binder Machines now so \ largely in use in the Colonies. ' The Promoters have arranged to take ovor the Plant and Business of the Auckland Rope Company, together with the extensive and valuable Machinery of the New Zealand Fibre Company at Kaihu. These they will band over to the Company on the same favourable and advantageous terras as they have succeeded in making with the parties concerned. They hare also been in communication with a loading English firm, regarding the necessary preparing machinery for tho production of the Reaper and Binder Twine. -'■ A most eligible site for the erection of the Works is at present under offer to the.promoters, the purchase money for which is fixed and agreed upon.
