TAWHIAO IN WAIKATO.
[by telegraph.—own correspondent.] Hamilton, Wednesday. The King and party have arranged to proceed to Ngaruawaliia to-morrow, and all except those having horses will be forwarded by the morning up-train. The natives gave a war dance opposite Gwynne's Hotel this afternoon, when a large concourse of Europeans were present. Tawhiao, Wahanui, and Rewi, with several chiefs, visited various parts of the township to-day, and were shown through the Bank of New Zealand establishment.
