TEE TREATMENT OF JEWS IN ODESSA.

Crowds of fugitives are flying from Odessa. They report that Jewish shops are being plundered in. Odessa in spite of the Government promises to restore order. In the Jewish quarter of the town thei-e is great disorder, arid a terrible panic reigns. The spirit of plnnder is spreading, and several Greek shops were sacked, hi spite of the holy pictures on their doors jand windows testifying that they were Christian houses. At night the military interfered, and cleared the streets. The Governor-General has issued a proclamation directing the peaceable inhabitants to remain indoors, as otherwise they may be injured by the troops. The town is reported to be by this time full of soldiers, who can find no accommodation in the barracks, and are, consequently, bivouaoed in the streets.
