[BY CABLE.] FRENCH INVASION OF TUNIS. Loscdox, April 25. Lvfelligexce has been received that a French force has crossed the frontier from Algeria into Tunis territory ■without opposition. BOER RIVAL FACTIONS. Cape Tows, April 25. News is to hand from Natal that the demeanour of the rival Boer factions in the Transvaal has caused considerable anxiety. The Royal Commission, who is to undertake the settlement of the Transvaal question, will commence its deliberation shortly.
