HALCOMBE & SHERWILL, Under instructions from the mortgagees, will sell Halcombe, Manswatu, on Saturday, 13th Decea ber next, THAT VALUABLE PROPERT! known as Lash's Sawmill, situate in the tow of within a few chains of the main rai way line, with which it is connected by a prival siding laid with iron rails.
