The Melbourne International Exhibition Commissioners dccline to grant France an extension of time in applying for space. The Australian Alliance Assurance Company's funds having reached £100,000, lias resolved to declare a bonus to the marine policy-holders. Oatmeal is reduced £3 10s per ton, for fine. Feed oats are 2s 9d per bushel. [recter's telegrams.] Sydney, December 3. The Government have rewarded the constables who captured the bushrangers. The trial of the gang is adjourned until Monday. An application for a postponement till next session will be made on the ground that public opinion against the prisoners has been aroused. Melbourne, December 3. Sir Charles Sladen has withdrawn his resignation of the leadership of the Legislative Council. In the Assembly, last night, on the discussion of the 6th clause of the Reform Bill tho Government obtained a majority of one only, in a full house.
