Tookey tribute, Ashe, lOozs. 17dwts. ; Welcome Oompary's tribute, Raldb, Oczs. 7dwts. ; prospectings, 70z3. llelwts. Waiotahi —The monthly cleaning up and retorting for this company took place to-day. During the past month ISO ton 3 of general stuff, from all parts of tbe mine, have been crushed for the payable return of 23Sozs. 3dwts. of melted gold. The result speaks well for tbe quality of the quartz which is now being turned out of the mine. Moanataiari.—Martin and party, tributers in this mine, have crashed 9 tons of general stuff with 2001bs. of picked stone, for the excellent return of 1540zs lOdwts. of melted gold. Tookey.—Ash and party, who are tributing in this mine, have crushed a small parcel of stone for the return of lOozs. 17 dwta. of melted gold. Welcome.—Ralph and party, who have a portion of this mine on tribute, havo crushed a parcel of general stuff for the return of 9ozs. 7dwts of melted gold. ALBURNIA. The gold obtained by this company was melted to-da7, and amonnted to 30390z5. lOdwts. There is nothing new at the mine. The reef on Dixon's lower level is looking very well, but the drive will have to be extended some distance before the run of gold is reached. The general crushing continues to Bhow up very well, and 15 head of stampers are now employee! on the company's stuff, and will be kept continually going if possible. The sharemarket has been much firmer, and towards evening there was a good demand for Alburnias at advanced rates. Alburnia: sales, 77s 6d ; buyers, 77s 6d ; sellers, 80s. Moanataiari : sellers, 4Ss. Kuranui: buyers, 5s GJ. Madame Carandini's third concert will take place this evening, in the Lome Btreet , Hall. The programme is very attractive.
